Pancake Breakfast Sunday February 17th, 2008
Thursday January 3rd, your wrestler received a packet of information regarding the upcoming Wrestling Fundraiser - The Pancake Breakfast.
The wrestler received an envelope with their name on it, a letter explaining the fundraiser, a sign-up sheet to work, and 10 tickets to sell. We are asking that each family sell 10 tickets. The cost is $7.00 for Adults and $4.00 for Child (a child is consider anyone under the age of 10).
The breakfast will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2008. We serve from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Besides selling the tickets we will need volunteers to work the breakfast - shifts start at 7:30 a.m. and go to 1:00 p.m. all shifts are 1 hour in length.
Listed below is the information for returning your money, unsold tickets, and Volunteer Sign-up Sheet. Please return this information in the envelope that your wrestler received them in. Also, please write on the envelope below your wrestlers name the number of tickets sold (for example: 8-Adult, 11-child, and 1-unsold).
Again this year we have CASH prizes for the Top 3 Sellers: $100 to the top, $75 to the second highest ticket seller and $50 to the 3rd highest ticket seller. Last year 1st place went to Brady/Tanner Johnshoy, 2nd went to Jake Kanke, and 3rd went to Aaron Williams.
Middle School Wrestlers
- your turn in date is this Friday, January 11th at practice and Saturday, January 12th at the meet. Please turn envelopes into Coach Bob Schultz.
High School Wrestlers
- your turn in date is Tuesday, January 22nd at practice. Please turn into Coach Block.
Youth Wrestlers - your turn in date is Thursday, January 24th at practice. Please drop off in the Pancake Breakfast Box.
All Wrestlers: You may also turn in your envelopes on the following dates: Tuesday, January 15, Thursday January 17, Tuesday January 22nd and Thursday January 24th during the Youth Practices from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. outside the High School Wrestling Room. Please note: All unsold-tickets and money from sold tickets need to be turned in by Thursday, January 24th along with all volunteer sign-up forms.
